   Connect your property system

   Connect your PMS or forward your direct-booking email. Without a PMS, add our team as co-host on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo.

   We set up your messages

   Tell us your tone and sign-off and approve the answers the AI may use. We set up and verify the connection with you.

3. 3

   Go live

   Once you have approved it, routine questions are answered by AI from your approved answers. Anything else goes to our team, and emergencies, damage and refunds go to you.

Our team verifies each connection and confirms handover before a property goes live, and automatic sending stays off until then. Access is never granted by sharing your password.
